Today I had an excellent experience, and I want to take a moment to recognize Jhon Douglas for his outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, he treated me with professionalism, respect, and genuine kindness. He truly made me feel like a first class customer. The service was exceptional, and it’s honestly difficult to find a place nowadays where people are not only efficient but also honest and down to earth. Jhon took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my car in their hands. You can absolutely trust this place. It’s rare to find this level of integrity and customer care. I highly recommend them, and I sincerely hope management recognizes Jhon Douglas for the incredible asset he is to the team. Thank you for such a positive experience. I will definitely be back!

S and S Collision did an amazing job fixing my truck after it was rear-ended. I was expecting a decent repair — but what I got was a total transformation. It looks like it never happened! The attention to detail was incredible. The price? Totally fair – no hidden costs, no upselling, just honest work at honest rates. The customer service? Next level. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They kept me updated every step of the way and made a stressful situation easy and smooth. These guys are absolute pros — skilled, trustworthy, and passionate about what they do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If your vehicle needs work and you want it done right, S and S Collision is where you go.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend S & S Body Shop! I can't say enough good things about S & S Body Shop in Fort Myers, Florida. I was referred to them by my warranty company for repairs and repainting on the hood of my vehicle, and from start to finish, the team exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and provided a clear, detailed estimate for the work. When I encountered some issues with the warranty company, S & S didn’t miss a beat. They went above and beyond—having one of their highly skilled technicians re-evaluate the damage and provide additional documentation, which ultimately helped secure the approval I needed. Once the claim was approved, the repair process was smooth and timely. I dropped off my vehicle and, true to their word, it was ready exactly when promised. The quality of the work was exceptional—the hood looks brand new, and you’d never know there had been any damage at all. What really stood out, though, was their genuine care and dedication. The team at S & S truly went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of every step

After buying a brand new 2021 vehicle getting into an accident is not exactly first thing on your mind. After I was able to get my car to my house the next thing was where do I turn? What body shop can I trust? My car is a new model year (Chevy Trailblazer) so the stress of a collision center not being able to fix or order the correct parts came into play. Luckily I know about S&S Body Shop so I had my car towed there. The moment I walked up Steve greeted me and from there on out both Ron and John put me at ease with my concerns. I was able to explain my worries and they listened and kept me informed the entire process. All parts put in were from manufacturer. When going in to pick up my car, he was like brand new! Did an absolutely outstanding job and I will definitely refer anyone in the same predicament to go there! Family owned business, puts the customer first, really what more can I say? Hope this is helpful to anyone else who gets dealt this card.
